     Angela Lin's photography and design has won a variety of awards, including two FSPA All-Florida Nature Photos, an FSPA All-Florida Newsmagazine Multi-Spread Package, and a Broward County Scholastics Art and Writing Gold Key. She was recently named the 2019 Tom Pierce Photojournalist of the Year.

    Lin graduated from American Heritage School in Plantation, Fla. She was the Co-Editor-in-Chief of the school’s newsmagazine The Patriot Post. As Co-Editor, she transformed the newspaper of over 50+ years into a newsmagazine. Although Lin is primarily a self-taught photographer and designer, she has also participated in a few summer photography and design programs. To gain more experience in the photography field, Lin interned at Weston Photography over the summer of 2017.

    She now attends Northeastern University as a Business Administration and Design major. She is currently the interim art director of Tastemakers Magazine, NEU's music magazine and a photographer for The Avenue, NEU's fashion magazine.
